1. Who we are

Lullsong is an iPhone app that plays calming sounds for babies. It is published by Vesper AI, Strehlgasse 2, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland (“Vesper AI”, “we”). Contact for all privacy matters: hello@vesperai.ch. We follow the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. The short version

Lullsong collects no personal data. It has no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no server of its own. Everything the app stores stays on your device.

3. What stays on your device

Settings: your chosen sounds, volumes and timer are saved in the app's local storage so they are there next time.

4. Microphone

Lullsong does not use the microphone and never asks for microphone access.

5. Purchases

Lullsong Pro is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your name, payment details or Apple ID. The app checks Apple's signed purchase record on the device to unlock Pro. Apple may share anonymous sales reports with us under its developer terms.

6. Crash reports

If you agreed to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash and usage statistics. We use them only to fix problems.

7. Children

Lullsong is used by parents and carers. The app does not collect any data from or about children.

8. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is usually nothing to access or delete on our side. You still have the right to ask us, and you can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your local supervisory authority. 9. Changes

If Lullsong starts to process data differently, we update this page before the change ships. The current version is always at lullsong.com/privacy.

Lullsong ist eine iPhone-App, die beruhigende Klänge für Babys abspielt. Herausgeberin ist Vesper AI, Strehlgasse 2, 8001 Zürich, Schweiz („Vesper AI“, „wir“). 2. Kurz gesagt

Lullsong erhebt keine Personendaten. Die App hat kein Konto, keine Analyse, keine Werbung, kein Tracking und keinen eigenen Server. Alles, was die App speichert, bleibt auf Ihrem Gerät.

3. Was auf Ihrem Gerät bleibt

Einstellungen: gewählte Klänge, Lautstärken und Timer werden lokal in der App gespeichert.

4. Mikrofon

Lullsong verwendet das Mikrofon nicht und fragt nie nach Mikrofonzugriff.

5. Käufe

Lullsong Pro wird über den App Store von Apple verkauft. Apple wickelt die Zahlung ab; wir erhalten weder Ihren Namen noch Zahlungsdaten oder Ihre Apple-ID. Die App prüft den von Apple signierten Kaufbeleg auf dem Gerät, um Pro freizuschalten. Apple kann uns gemäss seinen Entwicklerbedingungen anonyme Verkaufsberichte zur Verfügung stellen.

6. Absturzberichte

Wenn Sie in den iPhone-Einstellungen zugestimmt haben, Analysedaten mit App-Entwicklern zu teilen, kann Apple uns anonyme Absturz- und Nutzungsstatistiken senden. Wir verwenden sie nur zur Fehlerbehebung.

7. Kinder

Lullsong wird von Eltern und Betreuungspersonen genutzt. Die App erhebt keine Daten von oder über Kinder.

8. Ihre Rechte

Da wir keine Personendaten über Sie speichern, gibt es bei uns in der Regel nichts einzusehen oder zu löschen. Sie können sich trotzdem jederzeit an uns wenden und haben das Recht, sich beim Eidgenössischen Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragten (EDÖB) oder, in der EU, bei der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren. 9. Änderungen

Wenn Lullsong Daten künftig anders bearbeitet, passen wir diese Seite an, bevor die Änderung erscheint. Die aktuelle Fassung ist jederzeit unter lullsong.com/privacy abrufbar.
