Help and contact
Lullsong plays soft, seamless sounds to help babies drift off. Questions, problems or ideas: write to hello@vesperai.ch and we reply within two working days.
Common questions
The sound stops when I lock my phone
On the free plan, White noise, Rain, Shush, Heartbeat and Music box keep playing with the screen locked. The other free sounds pause when the phone locks. Lullsong Pro keeps every sound playing.
How do I restore Lullsong Pro on a new phone?
Open Lullsong, tap Pro, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with. With Family Sharing, family members get Pro automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Lullsong. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
How loud should it be?
Quiet: around 50 dB or less at the crib, about the level of a quiet conversation. Keep the phone at least 2 metres from your baby and never in the crib.
Why does it stop after 30 minutes?
Safety researchers recommend short sessions with an automatic shut-off, so the timer is on by default and fades out slowly. You can choose a longer timer, or all night, in the timer menu.
The research behind Lullsong
Lullsong only says what studies show. Research has measured how fast babies fall asleep with white noise, not whether they sleep longer. Nature sounds, household hums, pink and brown noise are in Lullsong because parents like them; they haven't been studied in babies. Lullsong is not a medical device: talk to your paediatrician about persistent crying or sleep problems.
